Origin
Lucky Dale was a detective for the Clear View Police Department. She had the "luck" of running into trouble pretty frequently, even off duty.

Dale was smart, tough, daring, and resourceful crime fighter. She was something of an escape artist and an exceptional fighter, demonstrating great strength and skill; sometimes taking on more than one man at a time.
